Aramex got me running in circles

Worst call centre ever, they kept cutting my call. I spent R80,00 on airtime with them. I couldn't find the Whatsapp service option, it's very unclear.

A lot of confusion around who to send POP to. I kept being sent I circles. The employees were confused on whether I did not or did pay, some said I did, some said I didn't.

Extra payments were required. After already paying for the tariff/customs.

The employees do not know what they are doing, poor communication between departments.
