Aramex Global Shopper's website is slow and malfunctioning

I have Aramex Global Shopper and I've been battling just to log into my account for the past two weeks. The site is so slow, I cannot use it at all. Not a great thing when one has multiple packages incoming... When the site occasionally works, there's no data of my orders, or the information is outdated.
