Aramex Global Shopper - Terrible service

i received a mail from Aramex Global Shopper regarding outstanding merchant invoice documentation which i sent through immediately (on the 19th of Feb 2019). the response to this was an automated mail saying customer service would contact me. its the 21st now and after multiple mails asking for feedback and multiple calls to their customer service center (during which the agents claimed they could not hear me) i have yet to receive a response. Terrible service, i would not recommend using them
