Aramex Global Shopper stinks.

I am really frustrated with Aramex Global Shopper. I have 2 packages stuck in RSA customs for 2 weeks, and the customer help line is not helping me getting them out. One package is dressmaking patterns, the other a fancy external hard drive, nothing ******* or not allowed. I have phoned the customer help line twice (over a 10 day period) and I am still waiting for clearance. A previous package got damaged by somebody cutting it open with a boxcutter, a cut right through my item (also a dress making pattern) - they just do not care about my packages! Enough, I will think twice before using them again.
