Aramex Global Shopper - Stay Away!

A parcel of mine was lost by Aramex Global Shopper en route to Johannesburg from the USA. I submitted a claim over a month ago and to date have had NO feedback. I have emailed every 2nd or so day since and I never get the courtesy of a reply. Their customer service in general is non existent. This experience has made me NEVER want to deal with Aramex Global Shopper again
