Aramex Global Shopper not delivering

My parcel was delivered to Aramex US in early December 2018. Now at the end of Jan 2019 I have not received the package.

When I contact Aramex SA, they state that they need to contact US office to determine the whereabouts of the parcel, BUT they have not given me that feedback.
