Aramex Global Shopper is unprofessional

I ordered online using aramex global shopper for delivery.

1. My customs charge was calculated using USD instead of AUD, making it almost 100% of the value of the item. 2. I disputed it and received an email saying it had been fixed and the invoice was attached. 3. No invoice was attached, just banking details on a letter dated 2015 and a worksheet that had no final total on for me to use. 4. It was not updated on the site either. 5. I sent an email yesterday asking for the invoice again and got the same stuff again. 6. No further communication with them today. I will probably have to log another new query with them.

Result? Don't bother, either source your items in RSA or forget about it.
