Aramex Global Shopper is total waste of time

Aramex Global Shopper.. the nightmare of possibly the worst overseas courier service. They promote a global post box for overseas shopping, which they will then forward on to you in South Africa. My experience was absolutely beyond words, firstly they do not accept Amazon invoices as proper invoices, this is a problem when you have purchased off amazon. Then they send each individual package to you instead of waiting for all your deliveries and sending all in one go. They charge separate courier charges for each package. I had two packages deemed unacceptable and was presented the option to return or destroy. I opted to send both packages to a friend in the USA so I requested that both unacceptable items be sent in a package to my friend and was informed that they could not send both packages in 1 box, I had to pay for two separate shipments to the same person. Their call centre in South Africa *** is a complete joke as their calls drop all the time and the left hand does not know the right hand exists.
