I purchased a membership from Aramex Global shopper,

Used the details provided

Order something on amazon, amazon delivered, and sent me a delivery notice, on 08/02/19 (Friday) on Monday no update from Aramex, I sent 2 emails, got automatic responses promising someone to contact me, as of date, I have no reply from them,

this reply is a tad late , but I have to give it to them, they did come back to me and the issue was sorted and package was tracked down and sent to me.
