Aramex Global Shopper is a ****, no client service what so ever.
<p>I had ordered an item from the US which could not be delivered to me in South Africa due to the content not being shipable to SA. I was given a noticed by Vusi Nkosi via email on the 20th of June which I responded to asking that the item be delivered to a different address within the US. Awaiting his reply took 2 days which was oky as he had to make arrangements which I can understand. I rep**** to his email suppling him with a US address where the parcel should be delivered to. I week went past in which I did not hear from him, kept on emailing him to find out where my parcel is. Vusi did not respond to this as well. Only after I phoned nearly 12 times to figure out where my parcel is someone told me it got destroyed due to the waiting process caused by Vusi's delay. This all could have been delt with so much better, if you had any client service values (including Vusi Nkosi). I want my money back for the shipping cost and item that got destroyed or else you will be seeing me in court. Strauss</p>

Dear Aramex SA, not only have you not been in contact with me since the post of your complaint, Vusi Nkosi is again not responding to my emails. I demand to be given a contact number of someone higher up the chain that has better customer relations. You guys give empty promises and I am absolutely fed up!
I want a answer, where is my parcel???? I you can't provide with an answer in the following 2 working days, you will be contatcted by my lawyer.
