Aramex Global Shopper ineptitude

Signed up for Aramex Globa Shopper with great anticipation as I regularly purchase abroad. My very first shipment got lost in Sydney Australia. Calling the call centre is futile, they push you from pillar to post and generally deny the existence of the package. It took the sender more than 20 international calls and threats of police intervention to get Aramex to magically locate the parcel 2 weeks after it was delivered to them.

Ran into a brick wall when I requested compensation for spent cost and inconvenience.

Steer clear of Aramex Global shopper if you value your time and property.
