Aramex Global Shopper fails to deliver

Aramex Global Shopper promises customers speedy delivery of parcels from their New York offices to South Africa. Unfortunately this does not work. My parcel is stuck there for over a week and there is no record of it on their website I fear that it could have been lost. Local Aramex office here is not very helpful. I advise potential Aramex Global Shopper customers to think twice before doing business with them.
