Your AGS rates increase is insane. This now works back to like 23.6usd per kg instead of 8.5usd per kg. You blatantly **** to your customers by sending an email out telling us that there will be a "slight" increase and that your rates will still be the best on the market. You are now by far the most expensive on the market! I logged queries and your call centre phoned to pretty much just tell me that the rates are the way they are and I can go fly a kite. Disgusting. You have lost not just a AGS customer but a Drop Box Customer too. Not that you care.
