Aramex Global Shopper DOES NOT DELIVER

When FNB offered us lifetime membership for free to Aramex Global Shopper I grabbed the opportunity. Many times I could not order products from overseas because they could only deliver to a local address. Now I could. First few times went through no problem. Then I ordered a phone from overseas and I got mypackage minus my phone! I was refunded...only after a lenghty process. Now I have been waiting since 3 January for a shipment for which I have already paid the shipping fees. Aramex have led me down the garden path going round and round in circles like they have done to many others if you have read reviews on Aramex Global Shopper. Forgetting that the client is always right especially a paying customer, you get no respect or valued treatment. You are treated like an idiot. I have extensive experience importing goods on a personal level and I have worked for companies who imported and exported so I know EXACTLY what is involved...I even contacted the Department Head in government at one time because Standard Bank wanted all sorts of documents when all I wanted was a $10 draft! I also have worked extensively with Clearing Houses. It seems that if someone doesn't like you or holds some kind of persecution toward you they can cause or attempt to cause you grief - all for $10!

Now, I ordered items from the fantastic vistaprint.com. Vistaprint knows how we often need our goodies quickly so they will often ship out your order in segments. I ordered from Vistaprint via Aremex Global Shopper before and I had no problems - even with split orders. A recent order I placed was sent out beginning April in two shipments. The first shipment came through ok but now Aramex Global Shopper - as - per - usual are wanting invoices, proof of payment form your bank and proof of this and that WHICH IS STALLING! Absolute *******. What would be the next step is if we could at all possible contact Customs and Excise and establish if this is indeed the case.

The shipment of January which has seemed to vanished into the Abyss has been up and down of emails even returned phone calls...a week ago I was shown a manifest detailing that I had bought 119 items to the value of +_R250 000 yet my documents clearly show I bought a transformer for R270 plus minus. I mean can't you read or is it more likely you are leading me down the garden path?!!!

I now dread using this company. I will try to use other means it seems that crossing my fingers and hoping for the best didn't help.

I am appalled! Particularly in view of the fact that initially I recommended the company to many and that I have already paid shipping charges - for WHAT!
