Aramex Global Shopper - Customer Service Is Non Existence!

I could give this service provide a negative score i would!!!!!!!!!!!!. I used the Aramex Global Shopper facility. They have been in receipt of my package since 08 June 2020. I paid for the delivery charges. A day later I was asked to pay a further R 200.90 in customers charges. I contacted Aramex and advised them that my item was under R 500.00 and could not attract custom duties and taxes since it is seen as low value item by SARS. Taylor the lady who was assisting me advised that the additional charges would be removed my package would be delivered to me shortly. This was on the 12 June 2020. It is now the 03 July 2020 and I have received no feedback from Aramex Global Shopper. Not once have they tried to contact to provide any feedback. I have however contacted Aramex Global Shopper now 7 times and to date. Between Taylor, Joe and Chad, the help line personnel I cannot get a straight answer of what is going on with my package. I have also done 3 online queries via the website and still no feedback.
