Aramex Global Shopper: Convenient until it isn't...

Aramex Global Shopper - used the service twice before with great results, both times via New York address.

Third time though: received notification from retailer I bought from that my package was delivered to the Aramex Global Shopper Address in NY on 6 July 2020. Now, on 14 July 2020, 6 business days later, the package does not yet reflect on my Aramex account, and despite requests to the local office, I've received ZERO updates/feedback on the package.
