Aramex Global Shopper - Bad Service

I am not getting service from aramex global shopper the last couple of months. Parcels takes weeks to be released and I get told the same story every time. It used to take max 2 weeks for my parcels to arrive in SA now it is closer to 1month.... Very Very unhappy with them.
