Aramex George cannot be entrusted with delivering a parcel reliably.

By choice, I would not give Aramex even 1 star rating. I sent a parcel to an address in George. It was scanned in to George depot on 03/12/2022 and if one tracks it, it indicates that it is being processed. Today, 09 Dec 2022, the intended recipient and I are still trying to get the George branch to answer our queries as to where the parcel is. How can a parcel ‘disappear’ from the depot. The stories we have been given are all different which indicates that there is an element of untruth. This is completely unacceptable and the public need to be warned against entrusting a parcel with Aramex. When it mysteriously disappears, Aramex merely pushes the customer from post to pillar with ridiculous fabrications.
