Aramex George

Got a call from Aramex George ***) regarding driver waiting to deliver a parcel. So I phone home and tell them to go outside and collect my parcel but nobody there. Okay, let's phone the office and find out where the driver is, BUT do I get George branch on the line, NO CAPE TOWN. Okay CT, please give George number and AGAIN the call goes to Cape Town. How am I supposed to get hold of the George office when all their calls are diverted to Cape Town - this is totally unacceptable.
