Aramex Florida Mall branch incompetency

I am so so distressed by Aramex branch in Pick n pay Florida Mall. I had an item sent last week Thursday after 3pm(3 June 2021) which has still not been received today (9 June 2021). I am being disappointed by this branch for the umpteenth time. On the last occasion, after escalating the issue on Aramex platform, they said the parcel doesn't appear on their system. That made me think there must be some sort of *******ion in that branch as all the others I have used never disappoint. I asked the consultant to investigate and to this day, she has not given me reason as to what delayed the last parcel. After lodging a complaint with them, miraculously, my parcel re-emerged. Now it is even worse because I do not have the track no, however have the names, location of the Aramex used and time in which I left the parcel there to be taken. Please help!
