Aramex false adverti*****t and incorrect tracking system

I will NEVER make use of this courier service again. The tracking system on their website does not display the correct location of the parcel. I have send my parcel from Paarl. I have contacted the Stellenbosch branch, they referred me to the Pietermaritzburg branch, as it indicated on the tracking status that the parcel has left the Durban branch. The Pietermaritzburg branch referred me to the Ladysmith branch and they don't know where my parcel is. If i could score a zero, trust me that would be my score.
