Aramex fails to deliver as promised

Shipment from Hong Kong to South Africa<br> <br> Shipping from Hong kong to South Africa was within 48 hours.<br> After it enter customs every thing went wrong. Aranex Charges a R182.40 Clearance Fee <br> Parcel left Aramex for delivery 5days after it was held at customs.<br> Call center staff assured me that it would be delivered with in 3 days. <br> <br> At this moment 3 days after empty promises was made. Item was not delivered. <br> So i called JHB Branch. They told me it was sent out and gave me Bloemfontein's Number. They told that the item was in Welkom and was wrongly routed. When I called Welkom they told me no they sent it to Bloemfontien. This morning on day 4 after the long await i called Bloemfontein and they told me no the item was sent to JHB. The item should be going to Bethlehem. So I called JHB staff and they failed to assist me in any way.
