Aramex fails to deliver

Aramex collect my box and kept in their facilities instead of delivering to my place and tanishing my name to my client and they telling me the don't know where my box is....well you sitting on my kids money....and i won't let you do this... From Thursday with my box...aramex you have failed me but i will not fail myself.....i need my box today before 12 midday or send it back to where you collected it now....along with my money please.... i will send someone to collect
