Aramex fails to deliver.

I have been waiting for a delivery since Thursday March 9. The company sending the parcel was told Delivery failed yet I was here at the time given. I have even put my phone number on the gate beside the intercom but nothing yet. Shocking service, unlike the other courier companies I have dealt with.
