Aramex Fails Delivery & customer support

Even after multi what's up messages saying delivery will take place on time it did not happen. Driver's saying nobody is home. 3people home at any given time. Ref JNB022214... after complaining no explanation forthcoming. For a small company these deliveries are crucial to my business. I will NEVER use them again
