Aramex failed me!

On The 12/02 sent a parcel from JHB to Worcester, When tracking the parcel it shows in stellenbosch since 16/02 ,07:13 . Callled customer care, and just dropped the phone on me without any mutual resolution. Spoke to three different agents-Rochelle (very rude) Talent and Tshepo (duck and diving with false promises). And kept promising the parcel to be delivered same day on the 16/02. Parcel still not delivered today, 5 days have passed and still waiting. Sent an email to Aramex customer service, no reply.
