I have a parcel delivered from Durban to Port Elizabeth, arrived in in Port Elizabeth the 30 May 2020 but till now the parcel is not delivered 9June2020 everytime I call to enquire I'm sent from pillar to post as to why the parcel has not yet been delivered, out of desperation I said il collect myself the 8 June 2020 but I could not due to other commitments, I then called them to deliver because I paid for those services anyway they then said they'll deliver midday but didn't deliver I called again was then told they'll deliver after 5pm after that they blocked my calls .. the person I've been speaking to is Megan and some lady who they say is some sort of manager who then said will ask Simon .. I'm so angry I'm sure seeing that they know what's the parcel they want to ***** it. Nxaaa ****** *********** bunch. Port Elizabeth branch is *********** and they don't care about people they doing business with.
