Aramex - extremely poor service!

This is way too good still... a 00 star would suffice for the service we got from Aramex. They have been up and down with our parcel, promising every day that it will be delivered. It was booked in with their Jhb branch on Wednesday, 3rd November 2021 to be delivered in Bela Bela. Up to today, only promises. Nobody called to inform us, we are calling now twice a day. Just to get promised in the morning that it is with the agent delivering, and in the afternoon we must hear it never went out???? Come on guys!! We are right next to the N1 to Polokwane, there is really no excuse!!
