Aramex - extremely disappointed

I've had the worst experience with Aramex! Customer service is clearly not a priority and yet they charge ridiculous custom fees. The delivery will arrive approximately a month after it has been delivered to their station, and they will still require more of your details just to further delay dispatching the parcel. Would not recommend!!!
