Aramex excuses

A supplier sent me a package on 16 April 2020. They confirmed that is was collected by Aramex on that date. It has still not been delivered to me in Pretoria. First it was because of Covid19, then because medical suppliers get preference, today they confirmed that they have handed it over to a third party to deliver in Pretoria today. Still nothing.
