Aramex Exchange Authentic Nike sneakers with counterfeit

I had a terrible experience with Aramex. I ordered authentic Nike sneakers from Nike, but after weeks of delivery delays, I finally received a counterfeit pair. The quality was poor, and it was clear they weren’t genuine. Customer service was unresponsive, leaving me frustrated and without a resolution. Completely unacceptable service.
