Aramex exceptionally poor service.

A parcel was handed to Aramex for delivery to me. For 3 days their tracking has been saying ‘failed delivery’ while we have been available all the time. Today’s note said ‘customer not available’ which is not true. They do not have a phone number on their website and chatting via text to their agents is useless as they just say it is scheduled for delivery today which does not happen. This has been the worst possible service.
