Aramex Employees open and ***** I terms inside parcels

<p>On the 6th of March 2017 l laid a complaint with Aramex in Silverton about a parcel that l dropped in one of their Sinovile pick n pay drop box.</p> <p>Parcel when it reached Vryheid it was opened and my plastic bag was inside an Aramex bag that is not available in Pick n Pay only available to Aramex Employees and an I term was removed from my parcel and l showed Aramex Silverton these 2 plastic bag pictures.</p> <p>After numerous calls and emails to them they took 2 and half weeks investigating,they just said there is no insurance to drop boxes and in this case its different because not the whole parcel was ****** or lost only one I term that was intentionally removed and an Aramex Employee replaced my bag with a barcoded Aramex bag that is not available for people to buy from Pick n Pay.Aramex are bad bad people.</p>
