Aramex *****ed me over big time

So I have something Shipped but then realized it was a **** so I had the order cancelled from Durban to Johannesburg shortly after(two hours after having brought in) so I phone customer service and the lady said she cancelled it but then the package was still shipped anyway?!? So now I am *****ed
