Aramex earned their keep

<p>Seen a lot of negative reviews about Aramex SA but have to say that my experience with them was completely opposite.<br />Ordered a package in US on November 19 and consigned Aramex Global Shopper to deliver to me in Cape Town.<br />The delivery finally got here today - basically a month after the order was placed - but in that time, the Aramex girls, especially Olivia and Varsha, were super efficient when I contacted them after seeing a comment next to my track and trace report.<br /><br />There were 2 Customs stops, and a Customs audit, all of which led to the extreme wait, but can assure everybody reading this, and who are considering using Aramex that a lot of these delays were, and often are out of their hands ( as per trace copied below ).
