Aramex durban transit delivery service is a pain

My parcel was sent on the 3rd of December 2021 from Cape to Durban. It has been on their Durban transit since the 8th of December 2021. I have been calling them for delivery and they have been feeding me lies. I really don't know what to do anymore.
