Aramex durban is so careless

Had dropped my parcel ngey 06 of march 2020 but get guess wat its never got delivered to it destination, cant even trace it, aramex is so useless im never using them again nxi nd whenever i try to contact their number they dont pick up.. I even went to pick n pay to ask them to check for me but no they couldn't help as well. This ****es me nje
