Aramex dropping the ball constantly
Aramex seem to think it's fine to schedule a delivery for a day/date and then without calling (they never call) just not make the delivery..... When I called them about this, they took about ten minutes to answer and then the lady said "they'll probably come tomorrow".... I asked if she could get a definite answer and she just said "they don't often answer their phones".... If I had the option to not use Aramex when ordering from amazon I absolutely would. In my experience the worst courier company in SA and probably the world. I have had issues with shop & ship in Qatar and their New York office.... Really poor service culture at Aramex

We were also away, a quick call would have solved the issue but they would rather try delivery two days in a row than call a customer.... Now that we back, the delivery was scheduled for yesterday, I spent all day at home but they decided to simply not come.... Now the status is delivery attempted and rescheduled.... Rescheduled to when Aramex?? Tried calling this morning gave up after waiting fifteen minutes listening to truly irritating music.... Another courier would have to try really hard to be as poor as Aramex, they really set the bar very very low...

07 Jan 2020, 11:49So eventually got hold of Aramex, lady was arrogant and unapologetic, she promised me that she has escalated the matter and someone will call me back.... Its now four hours later and no call.... She also confirmed they are not going to deliver today...... So they planned to deliver yesterday, they decided not to come, then today, the following day, they decide they also not gonna come and also don't bother to tell me when they plan on coming.... Useless company utterly ***********.... I'm actually going to stop using amazon because they use them.... Will write to Amazon.com about my experience with Aramex
