Aramex drivers are ****s

I am so annoyed by the drivers of Aramex. Today they were supposed to deliver my parcel at my workplace. They **** and said there was noone at home and the gate was locked. ****, **** pants on fire it is a workplace adress not home. Further he said my phone was off, damn ****s. How can my phone be off while I was expecting ang an important parcel?What a waste of a courier.
