Aramex drivers and insurance dont pay watch out

A driver has driven in to me 2 months ago. My car has started rusting through now because the insurance company does not want to pay for his accident infull

we gave 3 quotes they chose the cheapest and scratched out half the work so the company auto magic refuses to fix the car.
