Aramex Driver stole my parcel

Driver collected parcel and stole it, it’s a box that was meant to go to the Nike store and it never arrived and it’s been 2 weeks now. When I call the Aramex call center they keep transferring my call and no one can help. They are a ****ty courier company with ****ty services! How the **** do you even hire *******!
