Aramex driver refuses to deliver package

I ordered a package online and the courier for the company happend to be aramex so I ordered the package on a Saturday and got the delivery sms and details on the Friday before the long women's day weekend, they did not deliver that Friday because apparently they were very busy so they delivered on the Tuesday but before making the delivery I got a call form the aramex driver asking me for directions which I happily gave him and ten minutes later I call him and ask him if he's made the delivery and he tells me that he has not and he won't because he can't find my place and that was really rude and unnecessary because he ended up making the delivery
