Aramex driver dispatches but doesn't deliver

I have been receiving sms notifications since Monday the 11th Oct stating my parcel is dispatched for delivery. I get this sms everyday, till to date the 21st Oct. I'm still not receiving my parcel. I call Aramex 3 times daily to track it, nobody can get a hold of the Couriers. I'm disappointed, stressing over the money spent to purchase my sneakers from DC Desire. I hope anyone that cares by Aramex can just see me through this dilemma.
