Aramex dont use this service.

This is not a company it should be shut down and it's sad to say Pick and Pay outsource this company. My package was sent on the 8th of August from Durban to jhb, today is the 13th still nothing has happen. Called them multiple times sent emails nothing has been done. Customer service is very poor. Why should we pay and cater for companies like this? On top off all the driver said he was at my complex when I viewed the camera he was not even here.
