Aramex don’t provide answers when their system fails

I have a shipment that has been stuck in the USA and no one in Aramex answers the live chat or responds to emails, their customer online form to submit issues doesn’t work and I am seriously frustrated with the lack of customer services support to say lack of support is a serious understatement
