aramex dont deliver on time

m not happy with aramex services its sucks . the package was delivered from Pretoria on Thursday the 30 of November 2018, today is the 4th of December i hasn't received my package , when i call to track it they said its in Durban not sure when to be delivered , when i call Durban aramex their number is always engaged , really its that how you treat your clients , my reference is ********** 5785 and you dont even notify us if there are delays . can you treat this matter as urgent i need my package ASAP
