Aramex DON'T Deliver and accept no responsibility when they lose packages.

Aramex don't respond to online queries or just ignore them locally. I contacted Aramex international and I think it just routes back here to South Africa. They have lost my package and accept NO RESPONSIBILITY at all. There trucks are hijacked and you get told tough luck contact your supplier for replacements. Whats it got to do with the supplier when they have lost it. I feel that this is unfair from Aramex. How do we know if the drivers of the trucks are negligent or if they are not in with these hijacks. I feel Aramex should take responsibility for loses. They really don't even offer anything back for the inconvenience. Arrogant company, in the future I will not use them internationally.
