Aramex don't deliver

They actually deserve 0.25 star. One start is too much for them My parcel arrived in South Africa 8 Jan 2021. A few days later, I received a call from Aramex confirming my details. That was the only call I ever received from them. I have called all sorts of numbers which conveniently go to voicemail. I have been on-hold for over an hour without a reply from Aramex personal. I sent an email(15/01/2021) to Jemina who is one of the managers, a week later, my email had gone unanswered and no call received regarding payments or delivery. It took a week to move my parcel from received parcel to customs. I don't want to do business with them and I regret ever doing business with them. Their service sucks. Instead this morning I received an email requesting me to rate their delivery service - as if I have received my parcel already. For an international company, their service is disgusting
