Aramex Domestic store- to Door Courier

Aramex domestic store-to Door Courier overnight parcel anywhere in the country is a hoax because on the 2nd of January 2019 I have sent a bus ticket for overnight delivery from Randfontein to Middelburg Mpumalanga but deu to their incompetence the parcel was misrouted to Nelspruit, after sereveral inquiries they informed me that that the parcel will be delivered on Tuesday the 8th of January at Middelburg. My sons bus ticket is only valid for Saterday the 5th of January 2019. I will not recommend Aramex overnight Courier service deu to their incompetance.
