Aramex doesn't want to release my sneakers even after I have sent them funds for customs bank statements and proof of payment

I ordered sneakers overseas two months ago and I received the tracking number on the 15th of August 2022. Aramex called me saying the package has arrived and said I must pay R160 for inspection, I paid the money and I sent them proof of payment as they requested it.

Till today ( 22 September 2022) I have not received my sneakers from ARAMEX they keep sending me the same messages saying I must send R160 and proof of payment. My brother also went to enquire and they said to him they want bank statements even when I call them they say my sneakers are at customs i must send bank statements etc. and I keep sending them but nothing happens.

I am so angry and disappointed and shocked actually because I have used their services before and this never happened.
